Kesari Haridas Mali born on 20th June 1945 in a small village of Shimpoli in Borivali. He belongs to the Mali family who have been a resident of the city of Bombay since here ever many generations documents are since 1805 . Originally a farmer and fitness enthusiast he was involved in farming and health related activities.
He stepped into the real estate business in 1965. He monitored the construction of Gulmohar Society popularly known as State Bank of India quarters (a scheme of 32 bungalows) in Chikoowadi, Borivali.
He started with his partnership firm 1982 and thus began his journey as a real estate developer. He’s developed and mentored projects in areas like Borivali, Dahisar and Malad.
Additionally Pioneering the development of Haridas Nagar, Borivali and a project in Mira Road at Silver park near Jangid complex.
All projects were duely completed with occupational certificates under his guidance. He’s very determined and has a confident approach for all his endeavours. Even at the age of 79 today, he’s eager to work and build his legacy.
